According to the new agreement, ALICE will use Zaplox for the development and implementation of its new guest app that will be connected to the ALICE platform. The app will be offered to over 2,500 ALICE hotel customers in the U.S. and Europe, and may later also be offered in Latin America. Zaplox has the right to offer upgrades to Zaplox mobile guest journey with mobile check-in and mobile keys to hotels that purchase the ALICE guest app.
The new contract expands the already successful partnership between Zaplox and ALICE, which recently generated a deal with Pacifica Hotel, one of Zaplox’s largest customers with 33 hotels in the U.S. Now, the partnership is expanded to include the development of the new guest app for ALICE customers. ALICE is a fast-growing company with more than 2,500 hotel customers based mostly in the USA and Europe, but also in Latin America. ALICE award-winning hotel operations platform helps hotels manage staff work and guest communications more efficiently with a positive impact on the hotel’s ability to respond to guest requests, such as room service orders and concierge service requests.
Zaplox and ALICE offer to complement market-leading solutions; including ALICE’s renowned hotel platform for the hotel’s day-to-day operation with the management of staff and guest communications, and Zaplox’s mobile guest journey, which allows guests to use their phone for check-in/checkout and payment, and as a mobile key.
The expanded partnership means that Zaplox will design, develop, and deliver a new guest-oriented app that is commissioned by ALICE. Initially, the guest app will include functionality that enables guest communication and provides mobile access to concierge services. Other popular hotel management features from the ALICE platform will be added as needed. Through the app’s chat function, guests will be able to communicate with the hotel staff and receive quick feedback and personalized service.
ALICE is responsible for marketing and sales of the new guest app and Zaplox is in charge of the implementation. Going forward, Zaplox will be able to offer ALICE customers to upgrade to Zaplox’s mobile guest journey with mobile check-in and mobile keys.
