The new app will be demonstrated at Zaplox’s booth #1235 during HITEC, June 28-30, in Orlando.
Google Bay View Suites at Bay View Campus in Silicon Valley and Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts are among the first properties to use this new mobile key solution from Zaplox.

Zaplox newest mobile key app enables hotels that currently offer a PMS web-based check-in to connect a mobile key app to the check-in flow. Guests can continue to use the hotel’s web check-in but can now skip the stop at the front desk to pick up the key, which is automatically shared after check-in is completed. Zaplox’s new mobile key app integrates with the PMS web check-in process, which translates into a quicker and more cost-efficient rollout.
In addition to offering the convenience of a mobile key, the app includes a digital hotel compendium, chat, and promotions. The app is also an excellent way to communicate personalized offers and promotions – during and after the stay and incentivize guests to book their stay directly via the app.
Zaplox’s new mobile key app supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) mobile access locks from ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, dormakaba, SALTO Systems, and Onity.
