According to new agreement, which includes 1,017 rooms, Zaplox mobile key solution will be integrated with Agilysys’ mobile guest app rGuest Express Mobile, which provides a mobile guest journey with seamless integration with the hotel’s PMS from Agilysys and locks from ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.

With Zaplox mobile keys, the Seneca Gaming Corporation can provide a digital alternative to the traditional check-in and checkout experience that usually involves waiting in line to get a key from the front desk. Through the use of the new app, guests will be able to bypass the crowds and go directly to their room, using their phone for contact-free check-in and as a mobile key to unlock the door. At departure, guests can use the same app to check out and the mobile key automatically stops working after checkout.

Guest safety is a top priority in the hotel industry, and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, hotels and casinos are turning to mobile technology to reduce in-person contact and offer contactless/touch-free alternatives.
