The solutions include Zaplox Premium mobile app, that enables guests to use their smartphone to check-in and unlock the door to their hotel room. In addition, guests can use the mobile app to do reservations, review their folio, pay, book the next stay, and more. Zaplox software development kit, SDK offers a cost-efficient way for hotels to add Zaplox functionality with a mobile guest journey to their existing hotel app.
The mobile app and SDK is complemented by Zaplox Kiosk, which enables guests to skip the lines and check in and print their own key cards – with 24 hours availability. The kiosk’s custom-branded interface enables hotels to create a cohesive brand experience and because the kiosk runs on any tablet-based device, hotels can select the hardware that best matches the interior and space limitations.
