Zaplox, a market innovator of the mobile guest journey and mobile key technology, is reinforcing our team with the hiring of a Project Manager Key Accounts. This is a dynamic and important position for Zaplox, and we are looking for a dedicated person that can take on the role of onboarding and delivering our suite of mobile technology solutions to hotel chains throughout EMEA and APAC.
This role will be part of the Customer Success team, report to the Chief Customer Officer with a dotted line to the President & CEO for Zaplox’s Key Accounts, such as Radisson Hotel Group and Nordic Choice Hotels. Your role will be to proactively work with our customers, from onboarding and through the entire customer lifecycle with a mission to help customers get the best out of our products and services. Our customers’ success is our success, and you will be in the driving seat of converting signed contracts into business value for Zaplox’s Key Accounts.
In your role, you will manage both internal and external stakeholders, plan and run workshops, build project plans, improve delivery processes, customer training, drive usage, and work proactively with customer retention. You will collaborate and work closely with partners, customers, and suppliers as well as together with the Zaplox Sales & Product teams. Finally, it will be your responsibility to maintain customer relationships and ensure that our customers are informed and can take advantage of any new features we put into the marketplace to constantly get the most value out of the partnership.
To succeed in this role, you need to have extensive experience as a project manager, preferably in the hotel industry and have a technical background.
It is an advantage if you have experience working with SaaS and a proven track record of delivering projects to customers who want to hit the ground running. You have experience in conducting meetings and presentations to C-level executives. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, yet methodical and structured and feel comfortable working in an unsupervised environment. You are fluent in the English language and can travel internationally up to 25% when required. You will be based at our headquarter in Lund, Skåne.

- University degree in business, computer science, information systems, hospitality & tourism, or applicable work experience.
